1. Select the products you want, and submit your shopping cart for check out
by click “Add to cart” button.
2. You will be asked to verify your order and fill in the Billing and
shipping information, and you're ready for check out.
3. Shipping charges will be quoted together with the total price in
accordance to the weight of total product ordered. All shipment will be by
AIR.
4. Click "Check out" button. You will be led to the Secured Payment Gateway
page. Which you will be asked to fill in your credit card information.
5. After receiving your order, we will process within 24 hours and begin
shipping to your destination. Please allow 1-2 weeks for our products to
reach your destination.

RETURN POLICY
We strive to bring great quality products for you and your clients, thus we want you to be happy with your purchase. If any item is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on tea and food items that have been opened and used more than 10 percent of the packaged content.

To return an item, please indicate the reason for your return on your receipt, include it with your return and wrap the package securely.
